After living and traveling in 28 countries, Carol ultimately found what she considers home on the beautiful island of Kauaʻi, where she has lived for the past 19 years. She embraces the island lifestyle and enjoys spending time camping, hiking, swimming, and exploring the natural beauty that makes the island so special.
For more than six years, Carol has proudly served as a local real estate specialist, helping buyers discover their own perfect slice of paradise. Her deep appreciation for the island and its communities allows her to thoughtfully guide clients as they explore the unique opportunities Kauaʻi has to offer.

A Global Perspective
Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Carol has lived in five countries across four continents and has traveled to 28 countries around the world. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for different cultures, communities, and ways of life.
Carol has called Hawaiʻi home for 25 years, including nearly two decades on Kauaʻi, where she has built strong ties within the island community.
Service has always been an important part of Carol’s life. For more than 30 years, she has been involved in volunteer and humanitarian work supporting communities in Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, Nepal, New York City, Mississippi, and Kauaʻi.
She is also an active volunteer with ministries at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Līhuʻe, and has served the community through organizations including Catholic Charities Kauaʻi, the Hawaiʻi Food Bank, and Life’s Bridges.
